EXP : 7 to 9 Years Experience Band : Minimum 4+ years in ServiceNow Development Mode of Hire : Permanent Position : Lead Service now developer Business Hours : UK Business Hours (2PM to 11PM IST) Job Description: • In depth understanding of technical architecture of serviceNow • Table level expertise to carryout impact analysis for incorporating changes to existing functionalities • Sound hands-on experience and knowledge on ServiceNow integrations • Hands-on experience in CMS(servicenow portal) and Service portal technologies • Custom app development experience • Application (Service Now) Performance tuning experience • Best practices in servicenow development activities/coding • Must have played a customer facing role with deep involvement in technical discussions • Should be strong (functional and technical) with all core modules of serviceNow IM, PM, CM, CMDB, Discovery, Asset, Orchestration • Should be strong in client interfacing. • Should have experience in leading a team.
