Looking for 4G/5G system architect / Technical Manager– Mumbai.

10 – 16 years Experience. LTE Advanced (4G / 5G) System Engineering. Experience in planning 3G/4G wireless network architecture and migration toward network features including Cloud RAN, SON, COMP, and network virtualization. Experience in developing macro and small cell RAN architectures for LTE and LTE-Advanced Experience in architecture and working knowledge of RAN fronthaul (CPRI) and backhaul (S1) interfaces for control and user planes. Deep knowledge of 3GPP L2 and L3 operation along with user and control planes and 3GPP physical transmission resources Working knowledge of LTE BBU operation and functionality including LTE PHY, MAC, Scheduling, RLC, PDCP, and RRC. Experience in coordination of network synchronization based on IEEE-1588.
