Experience:  More than 7 years Job description : . Application Support Engineer   • 3+ years of experience supporting mission critical applications with complex technology operating environments • Experience supporting one or more of the Atlassian Toolsets - JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo and Crowd. • Solid experience with Server Administration (Linux and Windows) • Proven experience around Continuous Integration and Delivery concepts and use of toolsets such as Bitbucket/GIT, Bamboo, Jenkins, NexusPro and Artifactory. • Experienced in Scripting (Bash, Powershell Python) • Understanding of Docker and Virtual Machines • Understanding of Monitoring Tools – Nagios, Splunk, ELK • Familiar with JIRA front end configuration • Good understanding of Agile methodology • Knowledge of Network Security, Firewall, VPN and Proxy technologies. • Ability to engage with customers to resolve technical issues.
