Exp - 12-20 Years Work Location - Domlur, Bangalore JD - 1. Work closely with business teams to develop and plan of action to achieve operational and strategic objectives. 2. Provide insights to the business teams thru data analysis and mining. Use the insights to identify, scope, deploy process improvements across teams 3. Identify the metrics ( KPI & CSF) required to measure business performance, compares actual data to forecasted values, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps. 4. Building templates, dashboards for operational and management reporting to track key KPI and growth metrics. 5. Work with various stakeholders and drive various business/operations initiative with view to improve organisation efficiency and productivity 6.
