1. CA Qualified. (10 years Post Qualification exp) 2. Overall 15 years exp in Manufacturing Finance & Accounts. (Work     ex needs to be in manufacturing companies ONLY). 3. Work exp in 1000 Cr turnover companies will be an advantage. 4. Min 5 years in Managerial roles. 5. Must have handled a team size of 5 - 6 people. 1. Role reports into CFO. 2. CTC - 30 lakhs max 3.
