Salesforce QA/Test Lead

Designation: Salesforce QA/Test Lead Location: Bangalore Overall 5-8 years of experience of which last 2-3 years in Salesforce technology as QA lead. CTC: 10 lacs to 15 lacs Key Responsibilities: Responsible for testing, including system, integration, regression and performance testing Works closely with project team to define requirements - participates in the project process, end-to-end testing and walkthrough of specifications and design documents Responsible for directing, instructing and checking the work of other testing analysts as part of total quality assurance Prepares detailed documentation from which programs will be tested, such as test plans and test cases and test scenarios Responsible for gathering, documenting and converting a variety of system, business and data requirements into testing deliverable Responsible to understand and communicate project-wide QA issues appropriately Manage testing capacity as a part of the scrum team and plan for resource needs longer term Participate in creating and ensuring best practices across all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
