Overview, policy, planning and implementation of training programmes developed by company. 2. Promotion, marketing, branding and recruitment activities in keeping with the general mission of  company 3. Preparation and maintenance of accreditation and visits by external organisations 4. Organisation of weekly payments’ files, Preparation of reports 6. Ability to create and maintain business networks/relationships 7. Financial management – keeping budgets, managing expenses- P&L activities 8. Team Management 9. Achievement of monthly targets 10.
