Job Description: Experience : 3+ Years Notice: Earliest to 30Days Job Location: Bangalore Job Description SAP HCM Functional Consultant with 3-5 years of experience. Minimum 2 full life cycle implementations. SAP HCM Functional Consultant with 5-8 years of experience. Minimum 3 full life cycle implementations. Certified Senior HCM Consultant/Solution Architect with minimum 8+ Years of Experience. Minimum 5 full cycle implementations. Experienced in any of the following modules – OM, PA, Travel, Time, Payroll, ESS/MSS, LSO, e-Rec, Integration with all modules of HCM. Experience in Designing and implementing technical solutions to satisfy functional and non-functional requirements while ensuring quality and timely delivery. Work closely with business partners to understand business requirements, technology teams. Lead onsite support team to design and implement innovative solutions to optimize support. Maintain thorough subject matter expertise of the functionality and solution architecture. Build and maintain effective working relationship with key technology team members.
