Opening for MANAGER- PURCHASE, Exp: 10 - 15 yrs Education- B.Tech/B.E./Diploma Industry: Power Electronics / Instrument manufacturing Role: Manager- Purchase Location: Electronic City JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Responsible for Coordinating with Sales and Operations to reduce Raw material procurement cost & Work Contract charges on periodic basis. 3. Verify Stock position and follow procedures to control Inventory below target levels 5. Negotiate to get better credit periods with all vendors  6. Periodic evaluation of vendor performance to reduce cost and enhance deliverables, develop alternate vendor without compromising on Quality 7. Check , Analyse, Understand Tender / Customer PO terms and implement Risk management procedures to control cost 8. Comply to Price authorisation rules, Business ethics policy 9. Sign off back to back payment terms as per Customer PO, 10. Analyse impact of INCOTERMS and Domestic Taxes and duties before finalising PO 11.
