Location : Chennai Educational Qualification: Any U.G(B.E/B.Tech/C.S)/P.G Experience: 5+yrs of relevant experience No. of positions: 1 Job Description Marketing Automation Manager will play a vital role in developing marketing automation roadmap and associated processes that will drive new customer acquisition and nurturing initiatives. Plan, implement, and test trigger-based lifecycle nurturing programs in the marketing automation platform. Data Segmentation: Establish data collection practices to ensure clean, correct and complete data to effectively engage audiences. Target audiences based on interests and activity; delivering relevant content. Analytics/Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance. Conduct ROI analysis for campaigns and programs, and optimize based on data. Lead the creation and management of dashboards and closed loop reporting that tracks campaign effectiveness, prospect engagement, and funnel advancement.
