 Title   : Layer2/3 Protocol Developers  Exp    : 5-10yrs  Loc    : Bengaluru(Whitefield) JD: Strong Layer2/3 protocol developers with eagerness to innovate and thrive in a fast paced work environment. Candidate will design, develop and maintain high performance protocol modules in FlexSwitch network protocol stack. Requirements: Knowledge in any of the following areas: L2/L3 protocols LACP, STP, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, Multicast (PIM-SSM, PIM-SM, IGMP, MLD), VxLAN, EVPN, L3VPN Ethernet, IP and MPLS packet forwarding. Linux Internals, Multithread Programming, Algorithms, and Computer Architecture. Strong design and development experience using C, C++ (Go or Python is a plus) Strong debugging & problem solving skills. Experience developing software for high-end routing platforms is desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications: A minimum of MSEE/ MSCS with 4 years or BSEE/ BSCS with 6 years of related experience is required. Design and development experience with at least one programming language. Ability to debug an issue systemwide (from applications to protocol modules to forwarding plane).
