Job Title - Assistant Engineer – Transport Planning (UK Projects)

Qualification & Experience; • B.Tech/BE and M.tech/ME • 3-5 years Location - Hyderabad Responsibilities • Assisting with analysis relating to transport planning projects including database, spreadsheet and proprietary modelling coding and interrogation • Assist with preparation of technical reports and presentations relating to the project as required in line with company & client requirements as well as national standards and codes of practice • Participating in the resolution of technical issues • Presenting information in accurate and professional format for the production of quality GIS outputs. • Gaining experience and proficiency in Company’s systems & procedures QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: • Strong mathematical &/or engineering capabilities underpinned by M Tech or equivalent qualification. • Understanding of GIS applications, databases and spreadsheet programs, preferably with some knowledge of VBA programming • Overview knowledge of UK transport policies, organization and governance • Post-graduate in Transportation desirable (not essential) • Gaining experience & skills in both technical & commercial areas Apply with CV in word format to jobs@altman-co.com
