Location : Bangalore Expected exp is 7+ years Job description: To achieve operational excellence and 100% completion of preventive maintenance programs, working to the highest standards whilst achieving energy conservation goals; Manage M&E scope of infrastructure and other related projects to ensure the quality of work and deliverables are achieved within the stipulated time; To provide comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services to the client; To achieve financial and other targets established by the Facilities Manager; as set by the FM/ JPMC. Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets.
