Immediate requirement for Java Developers_2 to 5 years_Hyderabad Key Skills: Java, Spring, Spring boat, Core Java, AWS Qualifications: 2-5 years of solid experience developing in Java with a familiarity with modern Java development frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot (2-5+ years preferred) Experience building modern applications and APIs, with experience deploying to public or private clouds (AWS.) Strong Test-Driven Development and desire to write simple, adaptive and iterative code. Familiarity with a variety of programming styles (e.g. OO, functional) and in-depth knowledge of design patterns Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, Agile team environment Strong interpersonal skills; able to establish and maintain a close working relationship with quantitative researchers, traders and senior business people alike Confident communicator; able to argue a point concisely and deal positively with conflicting views.
