The ideal person will be responsible for everything - from architecture to planning and platform recommendations. The Head of Technology will also be part of the Leadership Team at Xerago, responsible for influencing the growth of the organization. - The Head of Technology will lead a team of 25 - 40 people in the core engineering team, and also partner with the extended team of over 300 engineers, analysts, creative professionals, modellers, and implementation consultants. - The Head of Technology will be responsible for solving complex technical challenges, recruitment, team-building and motivation, customer evangelization, technology solutioning, and generally be the technology custodian of the organization.
