BIM Coordinator - Landscape (UK Projects)

Role-BIM Coordinator - Landscape (UK Projects) Qualification & Experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline • Minimum 5 years experience in design, drafting or engineering and BIM. Responsibilities •BIM processes & coordinating  •Previous experience as a modeller and progressed to Coordinator •Management of day-to-day tasks in Graphics & Landscape & Urban Design Teams •Work with project teams to produce supporting landscape & EIA related graphics,including exhibitions •Work with Project Managers, BIM Modellers, and external providers like subcontractors and engineers •Combining & merger of the different aspect models of the various disciplines involved in the construction process, using relevant protocols, programs and structures •Checking the models objectives and conditions •Propose design adjustments •Generating graphical or (alpha)numeric output for production •Support implementation & application of BIM. Competencies; • Proficient in Civil 3D Software is essential with the capability to use upwards of 2/3 BIM softwares • Capable to use ICT tools • Experienced in BIM Protocol & Execution Plan • Strong analytical skills •Knowledge of Landscape Architecture/Urban Design would be beneficial APPLY TO jobs@altman-co.com wth WORD format CV
