Location : Bangalore
Exp : 3 to 5 Years
Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days (Max)

Skills:
•    • Perform proactive service checks and monitor/triage incoming system/application alerts, emails and phone calls to ensure appropriate priority and response
•    • Handle high-pressure situations with a calm and professional manner
•    • Able to multitask during service impacting events (i.e. create tracking ticket, capture sequence of events, escalate to key engineers and management, perform basic validation checks, send notifications, etc.)
•    • Prometheus, Zabbix, ELK, Grafana, Netcool, Njinx, Nagios, Cacti, Moogsoft, Splunk, Kibana, Hub, Jira, tools experience
•    • Team Foundation Server/Visual Studio, GIT, CDN, DNS
•    • Knowledge of IP networking, network analysis, performance and application issues using tools like fiddler, Wireshark and Chrome developer tools
•    • Experience in Cloud (Azure or AWS And/or OpenStack) and basic/python (preferred) scripting knowledge.
•    • Able to work in shifts.
