**  Ensure planning, executing, controlling and closure OF testing assignments.

**  Managing testing assignments. Setup test teams (who will EXECUTE the project). Identify, develop, AND document applicable testing methodologies procedures TO ensure quality output.

**  Review the test plan AND strategy with all the stake holders OF the project.

**  Drive execution OF test strategy BY ensuring alignment OF test plans AND techniques.

**   Also estimate the testing effort BY understanding the requirements OF project.

**  Collaborate with development teams TO improve overall product quality BY emphasizing ways FOR defect prevention.

**  Ensure SCHEDULE AND effort compliance AND overall project management.

** Define AND track various relevant metrics.

**  Align WITH the NEW developments IN the testing domain

AND keep the team updated.

**  Ensure CROSS skilling across various sub teams within the project / engagement. Facilitate induction AND transition pack preparation.
