Reorganize Process controls for cost assurance - invoicing to collection, Trip Costing and accounting for Zoom business Finance Manager for the Operations head - providing him various business insight to enable informed decision making. Work with the business and finance head, to drive cost reduction initiatives Providing day to day support to the Operations team on various matters including Client pricing and profitability Evaluation of the financial profitability of the all lanes/sub lanes and other cost centres.
