We are looking for a SME profile in the Automotive domain.

Job Location: Bangalore

Exp.: 12+ years

Competency development in Automotive Embedded / Electronic areas, specifically in either ADAS, AUTOSAR or Functional Safety.

Will own the Automotive competency centre and define & execute the roadmap for making this an effective setup within the company. This will include ramping-up of the team to meet the project goals through lateral hiring or internal training

Job Description:

Provide strong leadership in the Automotive Electronics domain

Has ability to create innovative solutions/automations/methodologies to build a differentiation for Company

Good working knowledge on all Automotive Embedded Domain, with deep knowledge on any one of ADAS, AUTOSAR or Functional Safety

Ability to multitask and manage multiple teams and projects. Should be able to guide and mentor the team technically

Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for the new projects assigned or acquired

Drive core team members across organization to recruit skilled resources or train internal resources to achieve the targets

Flexible to travel as required by the business
