Job Responsibilities • Understanding the client's requirements in different skill set categories and managing the End to End recruitment life cycle, which includes: understanding the requirement, analyzing, sourcing, headhunting, screening, recruiting, negotiation and closing. • Client Management for Mid to senior level positions for PAN India. • Posting of job on the job portals, websites, blogs and other discussion forums. • Using sourcing strategies like Referral generation, Direct Sourcing, Networking, Mass Mailing so as to reach out to a maximum qualified pool of candidates.
