Detailed job description -

•Develop a micro service based platform that can grow with the business.

•Daily interactions and open communications channels with team in both offshore and onsite.

•Establish automated build and deployment pipelines

•Provide technical leadership to an agile team of 5-7 Work with Product owners, architects to understand product requirements & vision translate requirements / vision into prioritized list of user stories and deliver to required timelines and quality standards.

•Utilize pair programming where it makes sense.

•Active participation in regular Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily standup, sprint planning, Sprint Demo, product team standup, iteration planning meeting, retrospective, lunch & learns etc.)

•Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/Scrum, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques

•Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project
