Urgently Required I&C Engineer with 10-12 years experience.

JD:
1. Full understanding of P&IDs and Safety Flow Diagrams is essential.
2. Preparation for specs for field instruments such as pressure, flow, level and temperature elements and transmitters. Field installation and pre-commissioning of field instruments is desirable. Knowledge of Ultrasonic & thermal mass flowmeters is essential.
3. Experience in preparation of RFQ specs for Analyzers.
4. Experience in preparing BOM for instrumentation cables, JBs, cable glands and lugs, tubing, tubing fittings is essential.
5. Preparation of ILDs is essential
6. Knowledge of instrumentation software such as “Instrucalc” or similar is desirable.
7. Knowledge of DCS/PLC configuration and integration with field instrumentation is desirable.
8. Knowledge of Burner Management Systems and its accessories for Fired heaters / Incinerators / Thermal Oxidisers is desirable.
9. Should have participated in the following engineering reviews:
a. P&ID  b. HAZID / HAZOP c. SIL Studies
10. Knowledge of ISA/IEC/API standards is considered as an advantage.
11. Candidates with specific experience in engineering design and commissioning of flare systems/thermal oxidisers/incinerators shall be preferred.
