Candidates with 8- 9 + years of experience in Software Testing Should have worked as lead/Manager for more than 2 years Good knowledge in QA process and Methodologies Should have good knowledge in Agile Methodologies Should have completed testing Certifications like ISTQB, ICST Should have good knowledge in Creating Test Plan, Estimation techniques Should have knowledge in Automation testing (selenium Webdriver) Should have knowledge in Performance Testing (Jmeter) Should have knowledge in Security testing Should be able to create the testing center of excellence . Good interpersonal skills and presentation skills . CSM(Certified Scrum Master)certification is a plus . Should have knowledge in TDD/BDD.
