Fixed Term Permanent Role –6 -12 months with possible extension Interested candidates, Please share your CV to Karthick - anzteam@innovat.com.au Skill set MUST include: Service Desk operations / processes · Service Desk Ticketing Tools (Jira preferred) · Combination of ‘business’ and ‘technical’ BA skills · Agile methodology · Organisation design and Change Management Activities: · Obtain requirements and high-level design of customer portals · Obtain detail on existing Ticketing Tool configuration in use in Phase 2 teams · Design configuration of Jira to match team requirements (based on requirements captured above) · Assist rollout of Jira training · Assist embedding of new processes and development and implementation of remedial training/compliance · Contribute to design and approval of Single Service Desk Organisation design (including scope definition in relation to Contact Centre) · Document integration requirements/impacts and support solution definition – Service Desk to CRM, Ticketing Tool, Contact Mgt Software
