Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management with an ability to work effectively in a demanding customer environment.
• Excellent project management disciplines and experience to manage the project in line with BHP’s Technology SPMF framework
• Experience rapidly delivering solutions using agile or incremental delivery approaches.
• Strong track record in delivering complex projects over USD$5M in value in line with the agreed scope, time, cost and quality parameters
• Flexible and pragmatic approach to delivering in customer focused manner
• Experience in Maintenance Work Management processes and systems in a SAP centric environment (SAP experience mandatory)
• Demonstrated experience selecting and managing delivery from external vendors
• Demonstrated experience and ability to collaborate and work effectively with geographically distributed Technology teams and business stakeholders to achieve the project outcomes
• Effectively coordinate and communicate with all the stakeholders (internal teams and clients)
