Job Description

Designation: Associate Trainee Engineer/Trainee Engineer

Profile:
Incumbent will get experience and exposure on End user support and IT infra skills such as Desktop, Network, service desk, etc.
Installation or configuring desktops
strong hardware experience
strong desktop security experience in terms of anti-virus, firewalls etc.
Configuring Outlook/Ms-outlook
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of network products like Router& switches
Preparation of Daily/ Weekly/Monthly reports
Handling Kick start/PXE for automate installation
Different type of software installation
Creating and managing user & group a/c and their policies
Managing Disk space, Processor/Memory/Network/process Utilization related to client/server
Manage logs files
Handle and manage on site troubleshooting problem like network/ filesystem/ booting/rescue
mode/hardware

Should be comfortable to work in rotational Shifts..

Education Criteria- Any Graduate, even 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 can apply
