We are looking for Technical practice lead who should have exposure to SAP ABAP, S/4 Hana, Hana, CDS/ FIORI/Odata/AMDP.
Keywords should be Solutioning, Offering, practice management, Competency development, people management.
JOB DESCRIPTION The Practice Lead, SAP Technical would build, lead and grow the SAP Technical Practice.
As a Practice lead, your responsibility will be to define the practice vision and growth strategy and then put in place operational plans to execute and monitor the same.
The long-term goals of the Practice Lead would be to build and grow the Practice in line with business goals and transform it to a full-fledged Business Unit.
Your key areas of responsibilities will include:
1. Solutions: Conceptualizing, incubating, taking to market and maturing LOB-specific, business-value driven solutions that address tangible whitespaces in the market and help to keep us continuously relevant to our customers and that promote the Bristlecone brand and positioning
2. Demand Generation Support: Supporting other organizational entities, including the Sales organization, to help build up a healthy pipeline for our Solutions and Services related to Customer Engagement
3. Presales & Solutioning: Responding to opportunities, both proactive and reactive, with winning solutions that help drive our business and value growth
4. Competency & Capability Development: Ensuring continuous evolution of capability to deliver solutions and services related to Customer Engagement, in line with relevant business and technology trends
5. Resource Management: Ensuring proper utilization of the Practice resource pool and meeting the organizational targets for Utilization, etc.
6. Talent Engagement: Ensuring the practice team of skilled practitioners is aligned with and committed to the organizational and practice vision, and fully engaged to respond to our customer requirements of today, tomorrow and beyond
QUALIFICATIONS 12+ years of high-quality experience with a strong grounding in SAP technical experience, coupled with an equally strong experience in delivering technology-based solutions related to Customer Engagement. Specifically, you should have:
At least 8 to 10 years of SAP technical experience with a significant duration related specially around to HANA technologies (CDS, Fiori, UI5).
Experience in architecting, designing or implementing of Integration Architectures and Applications
Strong interest in innovative technologies and desire to work on pioneering engagements
Understanding & experience with generally available integration tools for SAP & Non-SAP systems, such as SAP .NET connector, SAP Java Connector (jCo), SAP PI/PO and other Open Source Middleware products
Strong understanding of Software Lifecycle Management & Agile methodologies
Ability to envisage future solutions
Understanding of business semantics
Excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities
Experience in working with distributed delivery models and geographically dispersed teams
Additional preferable qualifications:
Experience in working with distributed delivery frameworks
Previous practice building / capability development experience, related to SAP Technical
PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Graduate in Engineering (any discipline)
