Job Description:
10-15 years of overall experience in which at least 4 years in project management role
4-6 years of experience in leadership roles
Able to design and create any type of document for batch, real-time or interactive delivery-from a simple letter to an interactive proposal to the complex Form
Experience in working in a global delivery model
Exposure to other document composition tools would be added advantage
Extensive experience in data-processing and post-composition processing of documents using Open Text Exstream Dialogue
Open Text Exstream Dialogue applications estimation, design and testing
Coding and implementation support of printing technologies
Report preparation and generation using Open Text Exstream Dialogue
Generation of interactive personalized statements using Open Text Exstream Dialogue designer
Determine costs, timeline, funding, resource requirements and business objectives
Experience handling a team size of at-least 10 resources
Experience handling multiple projects
Extensive knowledge and experience in managing large projects/programs involving onsite-offshore delivery model
PMP certifications will be added advantage
Ability to learn quickly new technologies and to work under minimal supervision
Define clear roles and responsibilities to the team unambiguously
Manage escalations and issues proactively
Identify gaps and come out with process and action plans and tracking them to closure
Participate in managers meetings and contribute to project and organization development activities

Desired Skills:
Experience on Open Text Exstream version upgrade projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
Ability to work well independently and on a dynamic team
Experience in various operating systems like solaris, linux, windows
Experience on Version 8 would be desirable
Any post processing on emtex/ streamweaver is nice to have
Open to travel to UK for short-term
Should have a valid Passport
