Work location: Pune
 -Sourcing the candidates from Job Portals like Naukri, Monster.
 -Candidate should have good communication skill.
 -Interacting with a candidate, doing the initial screening. Understand their competencies & skill sets, making them understand job role.
 -Maintaining Interview Trackers.
 -Responsible for End to End Recruitment Cycle across a level.
