Job Description:
Hands on experience in sourcing through job portals and referrals.
Good experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment .
Ability to work in tight deadline & close the positions within the SLA's
willingness & ability to handle end to end recruitment including internal recruitment.
Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments.
Interaction with the candidates and briefing them about the requirement.
Experience in handling walk-in drives.
Maintain all recruitment-related reports and forms
Should have good working knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Self-motivated and go getter.
Excellent command in verbal and written English.
Work Location : Anna Nagar, Chennai
Work Time : 9:30 AM to 6:30PM
