Good experience in writing client scripts, Business Rules, Client catalog scripts, ACLs in ServiceNow.
Worked on Notification Engine by creating custom notification tag
Creating SRD’s using standard process as well as Advanced level
Enhancements for Change, Problem and Incident modules
Worked in the DB Level to update values in the Change, Incident, Work Order and Problem modules
Working experience in creating web services, fetching the data to vendor form, and configuring Mid-Tier
Proficient knowledge to use the data management tool to update the values in bulk
