Position Summary:

1. Excellent managerial capabilities in organising the work and schedules.
2. Proven expertise in being hands on developer and leading a dev team.
3. Prior experience in design and development of medium to large scale software products.
4. Excellent debugging and problem solving abilities.
5. Solid understanding (and prior experience) of networking technologies, cloud architecture.

Experience and Skills:

1. Must have skills :
1. Programming : one or more of C/C++, perl, Java, web technologies.
2. Databases : Good working knowledge of MySQL (or any other SQL database, eg., postgres)
3. O/S : Prior experience in working on Linux o/s.
2. Experience : about 10-12 years in software design and development lead role.
