• Support all offshore adoption of free and open source software (FOSS).
• Provide technical guidance for applications that are  migrating from Weblogic to JBoss EWS/EAP
• Directly work on and modify the application code to enable  the migration to JBOSS
• Coordinate issue resolution between development  teams ,FOSS operations and RedHat
• Help estimating the FOSS migration effort using tools like Cake/windup
• Help in FOSS governance by performing  OSSM (open source maturity model ) reviews.
• Work with senior onshore architects on all FOSS related activities
