1. 3-4 years of experience in HR, while HR operations experience is required consulting experience of at least 1 year+ will be preferable.
2. Role: Consulting; ability to interact with multiple reporting heads; working along with / parallel with middle management on all the initiatives; provide suggestions to issues, that may be unique to the client; good communication skills; ability to analyze.
3. Part time or Full time resource
