We are looking for a Engineering Manager - Infrastructure with 7+ years experience in AWS cloud and infra automations to lead full cycle of product deployment and monitoring . Key Responsibilities
Architect systems, infrastructure and platforms using Amazon Web Services.
Design and develop tools for automation and efficient management of infrastructure and platforms.
Carry out capacity planning and cost estimation of Amazon Web Services.
Perform timely audit and implement Infrastructure and platform security.
Design and implement scalable platforms for monitoring, log processing, metrics collection and data visualization.
Respond to production issues related to infra and cloud on short notice and able to put a hotfixes.
Proactively drive best engineering practices and implement systems to solve problems or alleviate pain points.
Automate and implement solutions to prevent outage/downtimes.
Device architectural decisions that impact infrastructure.
Initiate RCA discussions and drive long term solutions.
Design and implement archive and backup systems.
Collaborate to ensure that decisions are based on the merit of the proposal, not the proposer.
Build highly motivated and innovative technical team.


Technical Skills
5+ years experience with Amazon Web Services or other Public Cloud providers, including work with infrastructure components such as networking, firewalls, DNS, and storage.
Knowledge of the tools, frameworks, and languages used in the TDD of infrastructure as code, such as terraform, ansible, vagrant and python.
Hands on software development experience with strong understanding of shell scripting languages and any scripting language Python/Node.
Experience with setting up and managing monitoring tools.
Experience with setting up scalable log management tools.
Strong knowledge of: DNS & Networking, TCP/UDP, VPN, NAT, Firewalls, IP Routing, load balancing, backups.
Advanced understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, ElasticSearch etc.
Ability to pragmatically evaluate new technologies for adoption that can help in long-term.
Minimum 2 years experience of team management.
