Role and Responsibility
Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate with business and technical professional
Able to lead the team on automation assignments and manual testing
Ownership in all testing phases including planning and execution
Owenership of quality for products and releases
Customer/stake holder management
Demonstrated Experience
Should have experiece between 3 to 8 years
Minimum 3-4 years of automation experience
Must have used any programming language as part of automation work (e.g. Java, ,Net, Python etc) for at least 1 year
Should have knowledge of automation and manual testing process
Good to have exposure in defect management tools (JIRA, QMetry)
At least 1 year experience in Agile Sprint methodology
