- Should be able to attend all incoming & outgoing calls with proper etiquette's and maintaining records of them.
- Should be able to handle multiple telephone lines in a timely manner and direct the calls to the concerned person / extensions.
- Differentiating the incoming calls and walk-ins and handle them appropriately greeting and assisting Greeting and handling the visitors and guests in well manner.
- Should be able to sort out incoming mails at enquiry inbox and distribute to the concerned. Maintaining courier register & other reports.
- Proper coordination with the respective departments depending on customer enquiries and walk-ins.
- Will be responsible in maintenance of attendance register and keeping a track on outdoor duties of the executives / staffs.
- Handle the data entry activity, prepare presentations and reports whenever required by the team.
- Extend hospitality to the senior management as and when needed.
