Qualification: undergraduate/ 12TH Pass /Graduate.

Location: New Delhi

Salary Range: 10,000 – 15,000 p.m

Designation: Tele-caller /Admin

Job Responsibilities:
Make telephone calls to prospects
Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our client’s products and services and the objectives of specific campaigns
Maintain confidentiality.
Act as a representative of the client and represent their interests at all times.

Candidate Requirements:
Outbound calling or customer service experience
Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
Proven track record in a sales environment
Good attention to detail
Computer literate and experience in database navigation
Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
Confident, self- motivated and commission driven
Friendly personality and team player

Job Responsibilities For Admin People:
Coordinate office activities and operations.
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
