Customer Support -(Female Freshers)

Job Descriptions:

• Wanted Talented Freshers (Females) desiring to take up Career in Customer Support. 
• This is an inbound Tamil Voice-process,the Customer service request calls has to be handled. 
• The Customer support Executives shall be provided with 10-20 Customer calls every day. and process the Customer Service request.Every call shall last only for five minutes. 
• Tamil language essential.
• Basic computer skills also required. 
• Only profile Customers .
• No abuses,
• Notechnicalities,
• No objections from Customers. 
• All requisite training will be provided for one week. 
• After three months the candidates have the option to work from home. 
• The candidates willing to join immediately can Walk in between 10.00 AM to 1.30 PM . 
• The salary package shall be a decent five digit scale for deserving candidates. 
• Timings shall be from 10.00 AM to 6.30 PM.Alternate Saturdays are holidays.
