Job description

• Manage a team of engineers and designer working on the roads & bridge engineering
• Complete ownership on Revenue, Profitability, Customer satisfaction and Associate satisfaction
• Develop & implement quality assurance process, project management process and ensure to have deliveries as per target set by customer
• Exposure to Roads & Bridges domain
• Manage project deliverables as per agreed metrics like OTD, FTA & CoPQ
• Develop & implement project plans
• Develop process to improve productivity gains on repetitive work
• Drive team to have innovation in the team
• Continuously monitor and manage the scope and risk of multiple projects and take proactive steps to mitigate risks and scope creep
• Prepare reports on health of account and share with higher management proactively
• Have Strong program management and project management skills
• Have the ability to build good relationship with various stakeholders at customer end
