Job Description:

Qualification :

• Women Chartered Accountant (Cleared in maximum 2 attempts) who are on career break for Job roles in Internal Audit and Finance & Accounts in L&T and its groups companies

Experience : 2 to 20 years

• Selected candidates will be on a probation of 6 months. As a part of on-boarding, a mentor will be assigned to the new joinee for the first year to familiarize her with L&T, its vision, the department and its work culture; to induct the employee with regards to the new role, work processes and to facilitate the transition of re-entering a career and to participate in the performance evaluation along with the Immediate Supervisor

Job Profile :

• Candidate would be a part of corporate function covering internal audit for all Operating and Service Departments of the Company and also for its Subsidiary and Associate Companies.To Review and evaluate all activities, processes and operations as per the approved audit plansTo Review Internal ControlsTo Review Treasury Policy, Risk Management Practices and IT PoliciesTo Review Compliance Report for maintenance of cost recordsWilling to work anywhere in Larsen & Toubro Limited /willingness to travel

Location : Mumbai and Chennai
