Role:

• Excellence in Marketing Research
• Drive overall CRM; Develop short and long-term goals for the CRM Strategy
• Identify and drive successful adoption of proven best practices for CRM
• Align with team and stakeholders to drive CRM activities
• Supporting sales and marketing leaders for all inbound / outbound lead generation initiatives
• Effective prioritization, monitoring and follow-up on this high quality inbound traffic
• Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising;
• Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors
• Create a plan to target prospective clients
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Maintaining research databases.
• Support marketing events by reaching out toattendee/prospects before the event
• Setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
• Plans meetings by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements;  developing schedules and assignments;
• Prepare presentations and other required marketing materials
• Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
• Create, curate and manage relevant content to reach the company’s ideal customers
• Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts
• Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog)
• Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
• Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Desired Candidate Profile:
• Exceptional communication skills – both oral and written
• Thorough knowledge in MS – office
• Working exposure to US market is preferred
• Good understanding of American culture and nuances
• Experience in handling marketing team
