Brief description :

• Responsible for design/ development/ testing of high quality software applications / projects and modules.
• Deliver high quality code in an efficient manner
• Should articulate new solutions for challenges
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred skills

• Use Microsoft technologies: C#, ASP.NET, SQL, MVC to develop technical solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity
• Experience in ASP.NET MVC & WCF / ADO.NET, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3/4.
• Provide technical and project management expertise across multiple areas of application development
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
• Investigate operational or systematic problems and user queries as required
• Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff, senior management and customers
• Strong ability to effectively lead a team
• Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for technical and business suitability
• Must be able to work on multiple projects from requirement analysis, design, development and documentation.
• Experience in designing skills (added advantage)
• Experience in XML (added advantage)
• Microsoft Certification (added advantage)
• Experience in ISO / CMMi / other quality standards (added advantage)
• Good Team Player
• Strong logical and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under own initiative.
