• 15+ Years of relevant work experience as Quantity Surveyor in Roads/ Highway Projects

Qualification Required:

•  BE/ B.Tech Civil plus M.Tech (relevant civil engineering stream)

Major Responsibilities:

• Will report to the Team Leader during the work.
• Provide necessary guidance to the Quantity Surveyor, and shall issue directions/procedures/ formats of reporting to the Quantity Surveyor.
• Quantity surveying / processing of the invoice etc.
• Responsible for taking all measures required to control the project cost and time overruns.
• Examine the claims of the contractor, variation orders, if any, and will approve the progress reports as per the project requirements.
• Approve the measurement of all items of works executed in different stages for payment purpose prepared by Quantity Surveyor.
