Requirements :

• Bachelor degree or Engineering in Information Management, Computer Science.
• Minimum five years of experience in managing large complex information systems, data centre, server, Cloud services virtualization, Citrix, networking, systems management, and/or project management is recommended.
• Certifications in Linux, VMware, Storage, and other Cloud Technologies considered a plus for this position.
• Experience with VMWARE ESX is must known.
• Must have strong Linux/Unix skills.
• Knowledge on hosting applications like MSSQL, MS EXCHANGE and ORACLE RAC is also required.
• Knowledge on Storage concepts like iSCSI, FC preferred for this position.
• Three years of experience in a leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities :

• Provide 24 X 7 operations management support for Cloud Services, Disaster Recovery, Scheduled and Instant Data Backup, Scanning and Archiving, Data Repository and Remote Operations Services, Develop and oversee Network Operations, Service Desk, Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management and Change Management Processes for all Cloud Services.
• Ensure successful backup and/or replication of customer Data in a secure manner.
• Contribute and enhance Security policies and procedures for Cloud Services.
• Implement System Management tools to provide monitoring and management of all Cloud infrastructures.
• Define and report key performance indicators to monitor process health; define and report Customer facing service metrics. Implement and oversee Security policy, monitoring, and guidelines for cloud Services.
• Develop test plans, executes testing and quality assurance activities, and documents results for supported systems.
• Directly manages the assigned employee group, responsible for hiring, training, mentoring, and reviewing the performance, rewarding and ensures employee engagement.
• Ensures projects are completed according to product specifications
