BIM Technician / CAD Draughtsman

• Liaise with design department to obtain clear specifications &  Create detailed CAD drawings
• Support the design department with necessary drawings from concept to handover.
• Produce draft designs and diagrams according to the given specifications
• Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements
• Work with project teams in real time, sharing and updating information.
• Continuously look for and suggest ways to improve the process
• Other duties requested by management in support of the CAD Drawings

Preferred skills

• B.Tech / BE / Diploma Civil / Architecture with CAD Specialization.
• Minimum 2 years of referable experience in the similar field.
• Attention to detail is a MUST.
• Prefer candidates with experience in the latest AutoCAD, Revit Architecture & 3ds Max.
