  • Handling international inbound calls (Night Shift) and resolving the queries
  • To answer the customer questions properly and politely and explain all the related information to the customers
  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues, and escalating unresolved problems
  • To handle the calls in a pressurized environment
  • Anticipating the needs of the customers and work accordingly.
  • Enhance organization reputation by providing world class customer service
