Minimum Qualification:
- Graduate in Mass communication, MBA preferred
Minimum Relevant Experience:
- 12-15 Years

- Ability to initiate connections with and sustain relationships with important stakeholders Spoken as well as written communication is clear and easily understood, without ambiguity.
- Ability to negotiate support from internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrates an understanding of and a care for the needs of his customers, both internal and external.
- Can see trends and patterns more easily than others. Has an eye for precision and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a highly proactive communications strategy and strengths to increase Organization visibility.
- Develop PR strategy in line with the Organizational goals.
- Develop external and internal communication best practices, procedures and protocols.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends.
- Collaborate with Management for all the CSR initiatives.
- Develop and coordinate on corporate communications processes for employees and spokespeople, media training and internal customers.
