Job Description :

Remote monitoring of windows 2003 servers which includes Server Performance, uptime, SQL DB, website status, web based application & server resources

Responding to Alerts on monitoring tools

Troubleshoot Web Application and website issues

Work closely with various teams for early issue closures

Provide necessary information/observations/logs & all required support to L2/L3 team to diagnose a reported/escalated problem.
